Clarification on Softbank interest in THG ordinary shares

 

 

Further to the major shareholding announcements made by SB Northstar LP this morning, THG plc wishes to clarify that Softbank's interest in THG ordinary shares remains unchanged since its initial investment at 80,621,797 shares. The change in percentage of voting rights is a function of the enlarged share capital following the issue of new shares on 10 May.
