·      Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or "Meeting"), dated 18 May 2023; and

The Company's AGM will be held at The Bowdon Rooms, The Firs, Bowdon, Altrincham WA14 2TQ on Wednesday 21 June 2023 at 1:00 p.m..
